Banco Ourinvest S.A. provides the Complaints Channel, through which employees, collaborators, clients, partners and third-party service providers, or any person acting in good faith, can report, without the need to identify themselves, situations with evidence of illegality of any kind, related to the activities of Ouribank or non-compliance with the principles and provisions of the Code of Ethics.

Make your report

It is important that your complaint contains elements that allow you to ascertain the facts reported, and should, in this way, be accompanied by as much information as possible, such as:

  • Description of the event - where and how it happened or is happening;
  • Who are the people involved; and
  • Evidence, documents, and other information that may be relevant to the evaluation of the case.

If you do not have all the information, the complaint can be filed in the same way.

If you wish to identify yourself, your identity will be preserved.
